What to expect during your field trip to Four Points Ranch

Groups must have a minimum of 20 paying children
​
Your field trip is allowed a 2 hour time frame, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 1:00 p.m.
Upon your arrival we will greet you and get you acclimated with our facilities.


Included in the Field Trip price
*Picnic Tables
*Barrel Train Rides
*Interaction with Farm Animals includes:  Petting, Brushing, Leading, Feeding and Photos
*Feeding will always be the last interaction.
*Feed for Farm Animals will be provided

Field  Trip Fee
$10 each for groups with 20 paying students,  $7 each for groups with 30 paying students, $5 for groups with 50 plus paying students
$5.00 per adult
​Playgroups/field trips are best suited for preschool through elementary school children.
A non-refundable/transferable $100 deposit is required to save the date and time you request.
No refunds once the field trip has begin, no exceptions.

Appropriate Clothing
A farm is no place for fancy clothes or shoes. We work hard and play harder. Please wear play/work clothes and either tennis shoes or boots. Absolutely NO sandals or flip flops.


Note To Teachers
Please feel free to bring coolers to transport  lunches and drinks, if you'd like to stay and have lunch.

Field Trip Information Reservations
Contact us to reserve the date and time for your field trip.
We will need a headcount of participants in your group. Teachers, chaperones, and bus drivers entering the farm must be included in the headcount. Please keep in mind the charge applies to everyone that will be participating in the field trip activities. 


​Participation Waiver
A participation waiver is required for each person participating.  I will email a copy to my contact person. My contact person will be responsible for getting them out and signed by everyone. Please turn them in with your remaining balance, due when you arrive for your field trip.
