* All guests must sign a waiver before participating in any farm activities.

*15 minutes to set up
* 45 minutes of entertainment provided
* 45 minutes to celebrate your party!
*15 minutes to clean up and to sweep and clean under the tables and chairs. Please be cleaned up and ready to leave on time.
*INCLUDED In This Party:
*The Party Barn will be decorated in the theme you choose. Options to choose from are:
Unicorn
Princess
Farm (brown and light pink) OR (black and light pink)
Pirate
Superhero
Farm (prime colors)
John Deere (Green and yellow)
*Tables will be set up and decorated when you arrive.
*A party facilitator will be available to answer any questions you may have AND to collect the waivers for your guests.
*A personalized sign with the name and age turning for the Birthday guest.
*A Happy Birthday sign outside in front of the Party Barn to welcome you! You are welcome to attach balloons to it if you'd like to.
*Matching themed Backdrop with photo props for fun memories you can look back on.
*A Pony for hand-led rides with a crew of 2, one to lead and one to assist the children as they need it during their rides.
The pony will have a matching neck decoration for your party.
Hand-led rides available for children up to 80 pounds. If children are over the weight limit they are encouraged to lead the pony around with the help of our crew.
*Interactive Petting Zoo
There are many animals for you to pet and visit through the fences but we also provide an interactive petting zoo for you
In the interactive petting zoo the animals will be decorated in your party theme and or colors.
*A mini pony to lead through our obstacle course.
*Yard games:
Tug O war rope, Sacks for sack races, Ring Toss and Archery ( rubber tipped arrows and a target with 2 bows)
ADD ON'S:
*Add on a place settings for each guest, includes: a plate, a fork and a napkin (AND) a cooler with ice water and cups for just $50.00
It will be set up and ready when you arrive.
*Additional time can be added on at the time you book your party. It's $50.00 for 30 extra minutes.

About our facilities and Party's:
*Our party barn is climate controlled, we will have the mini split running during the extreme temps.
*What amenities are there?
For your convenience there's a stove, microwave and full sized fridge with a freezer.
*Is there a designated parking area?
Yes, it's on the east side of the party barn, along the east fence line.
*Is there a restroom?
Yes, there's a handicap accessible outhouse with hand sanitizer located just outside of the party barn.
*Will there be designated areas where our group is to stay?
Yes, your group is to stay in the area directly around the party barn. Please notify your guests to stay in those areas.
*Are we allowed to bring decorations?
You are welcome to bring decorations for your party.
*PLEASE clean up and leave things the way they were when you arrived.
*Can we bring dogs or our pets? No
*In case you forget something, there's a little corner store/gas station conveniently located just a mile down the road from us.
*If you want to pick up food on your way out, there is a Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Casey's and Walmart in Augusta, if you need ice, ice cream or any other last minute items for your party.
*There will be a "party facilitator" available that will greet you when you arrive, they will show you around and answer any questions you may have.
*An adult must be supervising the children at all times.
*A parent/guardian must sign a general release from responsibility waiver. (One waiver per family, children can be listed on their parents waiver) Please submit the waivers upon your arrival to your party host.
*Please follow your party schedule so we can accommodate everyone's party and keep things running smoothly.
*The REMAINING BALANCE is due 24 hours prior to your party date.
*Participants must follow all Four Points Ranch safety rules.
*There is absolutely NO alcohol or smoking allowed on the farm.
*(NO GLASS BOTTLES) will be allowed!
* NO GUM will be allowed!
*There will be no refunds once the remaining balance has been paid and the party has begun.
*Four Points Ranch and its crew reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be unruly, intoxicated, or have a disability that may result in some type of harm or injury.
DONATIONS APPRECIATED:
Four Points Ranch has been in business since 2008. Our prices are very competitive for the unique interactive zoo with a crew that we provide. This is a very expensive business to operate. We do our best to keep our prices reasonable.
We are not a rescue so we do not receive anything for free. We pay our expenses from the money we make during our events. This isn't a get rich quick, or slow business. We got into this business because of the love we have for both animals and humans!!!
If you would like to make a donation to our sweet zoo animals, we would appreciate it very much. :-)
