Four Points Ranch Farm Party
About our Season and facilities
*May 1st - December 1st we will host parties here on our farm.
*Please note that the party barn shelter is not currently heated or cooled.
However, there is a mini split in the party barn for extreme temperatures. We will have it running during the extreme temps.
*What amenities are there?
There's a stove, microwave and full sized fridge with freezer available in the party barn for your convenience.
*Is there a designated parking area?
Yes, it's on the east side of the party barn, along the east fence line.
*Is there a restroom?
Yes, there's an outhouse with hand sanitizer located near the party barn.
Farm-Tastic Party
*All guests must sign a waiver before participating in any farm activities.
* Party designed for 10 children (Includes 20 guests TOTAL (children & adults)
* Additional guests are $5.00 each
* $150.00
* (1.5) hours use of the party barn shelter
* 45 minutes of entertainment provided
* 45 minutes to celebrate your party! Please be cleaned up and ready to leave on time.
* Tables will be set up and ready when you arrive.
* A party facilitator will be available to answer any questions you may have AND to collect the waivers for your guests.
*ENTERTAINMENT INCLUDED
Interactive Petting Zoo
The animals will be decorated in your party theme and or colors.
Animals typically included in this zoo are:
Mini cow
Mini donkey
Mini pony
Sheep
Goat
2 ponies
Children can love on and lead through the obstacle course. No rides!
*Yard games:
Tug O war rope & sacks for sack races
* Please arrive no more than 30 minutes early to submit waivers for your party guests and prepare for your party before your guests arrive.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR PARTY AT FPR
*What if I need more time? Additional time can be added on at the time you book your party. It's $50.00 for 30 extra minutes.
Add on a Pony for rides if: $100.00
Hand-led rides available for children up to 80 pounds. If children are over the weight limit they are encouraged to lead the pony around with the help of our crew.
*Will there be designated areas where our group is to stay?
Yes, your group is to stay in the area directly around the party barn. Any where else is off limits. Please notify your guests to stay in those areas.
*Are we allowed to bring decorations?
You are welcome to bring decorations for your party.
*PLEASE clean up and leave things the way they were when you arrived.
*Can we bring dogs?
We're sorry, but outside dogs and animals are not allowed on the farm due to guest safety and liability issues.
*In case you forget something, there's a little corner store/gas station conveniently located just a mile down the road from us.
*If you want to pick up food on your way out, there is a Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Casey's and Walmart in Augusta, if you need ice, ice cream or any other last minute items for your party.
*There will be a "party facilitator" available that will greet you when you arrive, they will show you around and answer any questions you may have.
*An adult must be supervising the children at all times and a parent/guardian must sign a general release from responsibility waiver for each participant in advance of your party. Children can be listed on their parents waiver.
*Please follow your party schedule so we can accommodate everyone's party and keep things running smoothly.
*The REMAINING BALANCE is due 24 hours prior to your party date.
*Participants must follow all Four Points Ranch safety rules.
*There is absolutely NO alcohol or smoking allowed on the farm.
*(NO GLASS BOTTLES) will be allowed!
* NO GUM will be allowed!
*There will be no refunds once the remaining balance has been paid and the party has begun.
*Four Points Ranch and its crew reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be unruly, intoxicated, or have a disability that may result in some type of harm or injury.
